We understand what makes buying and selling these digital assets different than buying and selling brick-and-mortar businesses and will use that understanding to help you.
We represent both buyers and sellers and can guide you through the entire process, from before a Letter of Intent is signed through due diligence and negotiating the definitive deal documents all the way to closing. We can also guide you after you have already taken some steps yourself, as we have had many clients come to us after agreeing to a Letter of Intent (we recommend getting us involved as early in the process as possible).
Our pricing is simple and unique. We offer flat rate packages based on the size of the transaction: a base rate of $8,000 + 0.3% of the total deal size above $1 million.
