We represent both buyers and sellers and can guide you through the entire process, from before a Letter of Intent is signed through due diligence and negotiating the definitive deal documents all the way to closing. We can also guide you after you have already taken some steps yourself, as we have had many clients come to us after agreeing to a Letter of Intent (we recommend getting us involved as early in the process as possible).

Pricing

Our pricing for transactions is simple and unique. We offer our services on a flat-fee basis based on the size of the enterprise value in the transaction: 0.75% of the total enterprise value with a minimum fee of $15,000.
